Metro Tasmania run a "Surfing" bus service to Clifton from the first weekday after the New Years Day Public Holiday to the first Friday in February, excluding Australia Day. Click here for the timetable. Clifton Beach is also the home of the Clifton Beach Surf Lifesaving Club. Clifton Beach will have two fully-qualified paid lifeguards on patrol every day from 9.30am to 4.30pm until February 2, 2007. |
