Located in a quiet area of Kings Meadows, very close to Meadow Mews shopping centre, Coles, banks, bus etc

The house is fully furnished, has a bar/sunroom area, pool table room with big stereo, bbq. The spare room is completely empty so will need a cupboard/bed etc.

$95/week + $380 bond
+ expenses

I also have wireless internet if you want to share the cost.

Male or female, approx 20-30yo, MUST have good job and be responsible/friendly.
