Clifton Beach, Tasmania was the place to be over the 2006 March long weekend.

The “thrills and spills” action of the surfboat surf life saving clubs State titles was captured on video by Jo Naylor who rows for the newly formed Clifton Beach women’s SLSC team.

The Clifton Beach mens team, reformed in 2006, after a five year break and competed in the Surf Safari and in a number of state based competitions this year. The newly formed women’s team hopes to compete in the 2007 season and has a rigorous weekly training schedule underway over the next few months.
